FindSwap Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026

1. The service. FindSwap is a Google Docs add-on that finds and replaces text and formatting in Google Docs.
2. Free and paid plans. The free plan includes the features shown as free in the add-on, with no time limit. Pro is sold through Gumroad as a subscription. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad, and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Your documents. You choose what FindSwap changes. Review the preview before replacing. FindSwap offers Undo for 6 hours and Google Docs keeps a full version history (File → Version history) you can always restore from.
5. No warranty. The add-on is provided "as is". Check important documents after making bulk changes.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FindSwap in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes. We may update these terms or the add-on. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
8. Contact. [email protected]
