HookSheet Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026

1. The service. HookSheet is a Google Sheets add-on that sets up a receiver script in your spreadsheet so it can receive webhooks.
2. Free and paid plans. The free plan includes the features shown as free in the add-on, with no time limit. Pro is sold through Gumroad as a subscription. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad, and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Your receiver and data. The receiver runs in your own Google account and is subject to Google's Apps Script quotas and availability. Keep your webhook addresses and tokens private; anyone with an address and token can add rows to that tab. Don't use HookSheet for data you are not allowed to store in Google Sheets.
5. No warranty. The add-on is provided "as is". Google may delay or limit requests; important systems should keep their own copy of the data they send.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HookSheet in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes. We may update these terms or the add-on. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
